Terms of Service
Effective and last updated:
1. About the service
These Terms of Service apply to the Activision ID Bot and its web portal, operated by Rawliquid (the operator). The service lets people register, search for, share, and manage Activision IDs associated with Discord users.
By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using it. You may still contact support to request correction or removal of information associated with you.
This is an independent community service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Activision, Call of Duty, or Discord. Their names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
2. Eligibility and acceptable use
You must meet Discord's minimum age requirements for your country and comply with applicable law, the Discord Terms of Service, the Discord Community Guidelines, and the rules of the server where you use the bot.
- Submit accurate information and only register accounts you own or have permission to manage. Authorized moderators may enter or correct records for other users.
- Do not impersonate another person, make fraudulent ownership or transfer claims, harass users, or publish sensitive personal information.
- Do not use the service for spam, bulk harvesting of user information, bypassing access controls, or disrupting the service.
- Do not submit passwords, access tokens, payment details, or other secrets in IDs, descriptions, transfer reasons, or support requests.
3. Registrations, corrections, and ownership
Entries are supplied by users or moderators. A registration, active status, or unique match is not proof that the service verified an Activision account or its ownership. Records can be incomplete, outdated, disputed, or incorrect.
Moderators and the operator may correct or remove records within their administrative responsibilities. Ownership disputes may be reviewed by the operator, who can approve or decline transfer requests. Contact support if a record or decision is incorrect.
4. Search visibility and sharing
Private and semi-private settings limit broad searches; they do not make an Activision ID confidential. An exact base-name or exact full-ID search can return active or pending records regardless of privacy setting or whether the users share a server.
Sharing an ID posts it to the selected Discord channel. Sharing all IDs includes active, pending, and soft-hidden records, regardless of privacy. People who can view a shared message may copy or redistribute it.
The Privacy Policy explains stored information, administrator access, search logging, and removal requests.
5. Removal and privacy requests
Removing an individual ID from the bot or portal hides it from normal searches, sharing, and your ordinary account list. It may remain in restricted administrative history until purged.
To request removal of all stored data associated with you, contact the operator through the support server and specify that you are making a full privacy-deletion request. This is a separate, manually handled process, described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Availability and responsibility
The service is provided as available. Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. The operator may restrict access or remove content to address abuse, disputes, security issues, or violations of these terms.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator does not guarantee uninterrupted service, accurate account ownership information, or recovery of removed data. Independently verify information before relying on it. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Changes and contact
Updates to these terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Questions, disputes, and privacy requests can be directed to Rawliquid through the Discord support server.
