Activision ID Bot

Privacy Policy

Effective and last updated:

1. Operator and scope

Rawliquid operates Activision ID Bot and its web portal. This policy explains information processed by this service. For privacy questions or requests, contact Rawliquid through the Discord support server.

Discord independently processes information under its Privacy Policy. This service does not control Discord, Activision, or other users' copies of information.

2. Information processed

  • Registrations: Activision IDs, account titles, descriptions, privacy choices, record status, and creation, change, removal, and reminder timestamps.
  • Discord identity and context: Discord user IDs, username and display-name snapshots, server nicknames, relevant server and channel IDs/names, and the user who created or changed a record.
  • Optional timezone: a timezone you choose, its update information, and the local time calculated from it. You can leave it unset or clear it.
  • Search and sharing activity: the requester, query, searched user where applicable, returned IDs/users, result counts and page positions, shared records, the recipient of a message-menu share, server/channel context, and timestamps. Recipient history is used to warn about repeat shares and is available to global administrators. These activity records can be associated with Discord users; they are not anonymous analytics.
  • Administration: previous record values, audit events, ownership-transfer requests and reasons, decisions, and notification delivery outcomes.
  • Profile-menu invitations: the requester and recipient, originating server/channel, request type, creation and expiry times, delivery status, and completion time. These records keep registration buttons working across restarts and enforce invitation limits.
  • Portal sign-in: Discord OAuth profile information, including an avatar reference, server membership and permission information used to determine access, and authentication/session information.
  • Technical and support information: web-server logs may contain IP addresses, request URLs, browser information, response codes, and timestamps. Information you send to support is also processed to answer your request.

Information comes from your submissions, Discord, and registrations or corrections submitted by moderators. The service does not ask for your Discord or Activision password. The bot does not enable Discord's privileged Message Content or Server Members intents and does not collect bulk chat history.

3. How information is used

Information is used to maintain the ID directory, find and share accounts, show optional local times, authenticate users, check permissions, handle corrections and ownership disputes, send relevant reminders and notices, maintain audit history and usage counts, troubleshoot problems, and respond to support or privacy requests.

4. Visibility and recipients

Privacy settings control broad search visibility, not secrecy.

  • Public: active and pending records can appear in broad searches.
  • Semi-private: broad Discord searches require verified membership in the server where the search is made. The portal's ordinary broad search does not currently provide shared-server context.
  • Private: records are excluded from other users' ordinary broad searches.
  • Exact-ID exception: entering the exact base name, such as rawliquid, or an exact saved full ID, such as rawliquid#6051235, can return active or pending records and the associated Discord identity regardless of privacy or shared server.

Soft-hidden and removed records are excluded from ordinary searches by other users. Owners can still view and update their soft-hidden records. Authorized administrators and the operator can access records and history through administrative tools, including retained removed records.

When you share IDs, the bot posts them to the selected Discord channel. The message-menu Share ID action posts your selected account and its description in the conversation where you invoked it, visible to participants there. Share-all includes active, pending, and soft-hidden records, including private ones. Search results can also show descriptions and optional timezone/local time.

Registration and change information may be posted to administrative log channels. Transfer requests and reasons are sent to the transfer-review channel; relevant notices may be sent by DM. Discord processes these messages, and people with access to those channels can read them.

Registration screenshots are processed locally on the bot server to suggest an Activision ID for verification. The bot does not save screenshots or full OCR transcripts to files, registration logs, or its database. Image data is discarded after processing; suggested text is held temporarily for verification. Only the submitted registration is stored. Discord separately handles uploaded attachments under its own retention practices, which the operator cannot control.

Someone may invite you to register through a bot DM. You can ignore the invitation. Authorized moderators can also silently register an ID for you; that action is logged but does not send you a registration notice or pending reminder DMs.

Information is also processed on the operator's hosting infrastructure and may be disclosed when required by applicable law. Publicly shared messages can be copied by their recipients.

5. Retention and ordinary ID removal

Registration and associated operational records are retained while needed to operate the directory, maintain administrative history, or resolve requests and disputes. Records are not automatically erased simply because you stop using the bot or leave a server.

The ordinary Delete ID action marks an ID removed. It no longer appears in your normal list, sharing, or ordinary search results, but its record and history may remain available to administrators until permanently purged.

A pending ID becomes soft-hidden after 15 days without another save; this is not deletion. Each pending save restarts that period. An existing active short ID stays active when a longer overlapping ID is added, and its owner may be asked to update it.

6. Your choices and full-data deletion requests

You can edit your records, change search privacy, remove individual IDs, and set or clear your timezone. You can log out of the portal and revoke its authorization in Discord's settings.

To request access, correction, or removal of all stored data associated with you, contact Rawliquid in the Discord support server. Ask staff for a private way to provide details; do not post sensitive information publicly. Requests are handled manually, and we may verify the Discord account to prevent someone else from removing your information.

A full-data request covers your profile and timezone, registrations and previous values, membership snapshots, related search and sharing activity, transfer information, profile-menu invitations, and associated administrative records under the operator's control. Marking an ID removed is not the completion of a request to permanently delete your data.

Following verification, the operator will promptly delete personal data covered by the request, or irreversibly anonymize it where appropriate, unless applicable law requires retention. Affected entries may first be marked removed while the request is processed. Any legally required retained data will be restricted to that purpose. Requests also cover identifiable copies in operator-controlled logs and backups, where present.

The operator cannot recall screenshots, messages copied by other users, or data independently controlled by Discord or another service. Those copies may require a separate request to the relevant controller. You may have additional rights under the laws that apply to you.

7. Cookies and security

The portal uses an essential session cookie for Discord sign-in and security checks. It can last up to 14 days after renewal; logging out clears the browser's session cookie. The portal does not embed advertising trackers.

The portal uses HTTPS for transport and signed sessions to protect session integrity. No system can guarantee absolute security. Avoid placing sensitive information in account descriptions or other fields.

8. Updates and contact

Changes to this policy will be published here with an updated date. For questions or to make a request, contact Rawliquid through the Discord support server. See also the Terms of Service.
